At Cubby we don’t do easy, our classes are designed to move you through movement patterns that challenge you. We encourage everyone to give our classes a go - no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, we are here to support you and encourage you to challenge yourself & prove to yourself you are so much stronger than you think you are!
SKULPT
Skulpt is our 45 minute signature mat pilates class designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles to improve balance, muscle tone and the challenge your body through different movement patterns.
Don’t be fooled, you will be leaving shakey legged and wondering what just happened… but all with a smile.
BURN
We turn up the heat (literally) to get your body burning for 45 minutes of hot mat pilates. The heat will challenge your muscles, deepen your stretches so expect a powerful combination of intense core activation, enhanced flexibility, and a total-body workout, leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and mentally recharged.
STRETCH
Because its the one thing we all should do but often don’t make time for.
This class is 30 minutes of full-body stretching, it is your chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and create space in your body.
Perfect for easing sore muscles, improving mobility, and reconnecting with yourself after a big week.
BARRE
This class blends strength, control, with a sprinkle of ballet-inspired movements. You’ll pulse, hold, and shake your way through low-impact sequences that feel slow—but sneak up fast. It’s all about strong quads, glutes, deep core connection, and that addictive barre burn. No fancy footwork—just a class that leaves you feeling longer, stronger, and a little obsessed.
BOOST
Combining Pilates with Strength and Conditioning - it’s the combo you didn’t know you needed in your life. With eight dynamic stations and a partnered setup, this class fosters a fun, supportive environment that keeps energy levels high while encouraging teamwork and accountability.
FLOW - Coming Soon!
Not your average Vinyasa flow, this class is a strong flow that blends yoga foundations with Cubby’s signature energy. It’s a powerful and fluid practice where you will explore new postures, creative transitions & playful arm balances to build strength and body awareness.
It’s a space to have fun, challenge yourself, and land softly in your body again through stretch and release.
